How can we buy tickets? You must first choose the match you would like to attend, how many tickets you need, then choose the ticket category, fill in the purchase form and pay through our safe server, Paypall.
Which is the payment method/How do we pay? The payment will be made online by means of a safe connection by Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards. It is also possible to pay 'cash on delivery'.
How do we use your credit card data? Your credit card data will be never stored or treated by us. We use the most demanding security systems. To be precise, we work with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology, which allows us to encrypt the information supplied while being transmitted through the Internet and to the bank server in a completely safe way.
I don't live in Spain. Can you send the tickets abroad? Yes.
How do I know my purchase order has been successfully received? Once the transaction has been successfully completed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with all the details related to your purchase.
Do the prices include the V.A.T. and shipping? Yes, the 16% V.A.T. is included in the price. Shipping rates are: in Spain € 12,-, in Europe € 30,-, all other international € 55,-.
We reserve the right to charge certain countries additional fees, according to the set DHL fees.
How are my tickets shipped? All tickets are shipped via an express courier service and all deliveries require a signature. We do not allow any reroutes on the packages. The courier must deliver it to the address on any package. They cannot deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when you place your order. Tickets are normally send to your credit card billing address.
